Our Savvy Seniors workshop focuses on empowering you to look after yourself and make informed decisions later in life. 

Who is this for?

This workshop is for those ages 60 and older (50 and older for First Nations Peoples), inclusive of diverse sexuality, gender, and cultural identity. 

Topics, Dates, & Times

Courses run from 9:30 – 11:30 am.

Each workshop focuses on a specific topic.

Each workshop topic is offered multiple times so you can choose the date that works best for you.

 

Preventing Elder Abuse

Learn how to protect yourself against mistreatment and to access help if you experience elder abuse.
