Bill Owens
Chair (Joined 2018) BA (Honours), GDBA, GAICDBill Owens is a company director, business owner and executive with over 30 years’ experience leading transformational technology programs for multi-national, national and local companies, resulting in deep expertise in governance, strategy, risk and organisational culture.
Over the past 15 years he has held directorships on many boards. As well as chair of Relationships Australia (Queensland), he sits on the Commercialisation and Innovation Committee of Gymnastics Australia, serves on the Queensland Divisional Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is managing director of Veracity Business Solutions Pty Ltd. Bill brings specialised experience in transformation, technology innovation, enterprise and program risk and board oversight of culture.
Bill holds a BA (Hons) Psychology from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and is a graduate of the AICD company director’s course.
I enjoy working on the RAQ Board because I believe that healthy relationships lead to stronger families, communities, and societies.

Angela Moody
Member of People, Remuneration & Nomination Committee; Member of Finance & Audit Committee B.Econ., BA, MProf Econ, Post Grad Dip Applied Finance, GAICDAngela Moody has over a decade of non-executive director experience on for-purpose boards spanning a range of industries and sectors, including education, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, migrant and refugee settlement services, and economic development.
She’s also an accomplished executive, experienced in strategic development and implementation, stakeholder management, economic regulation and reform, and corporate governance and commercial operations, across both private and public sectors.
I believe in socially connected communities, which come through healthy relationships. Strong social ties and a sense of connectedness are central to individuals being able to more readily rebound after disruptive events.

Annemaree Callander
Member of People, Remuneration, and Nominations Committee Joined 2023Annemaree Callander has spent over a decade in non-executive director, chief executive officer, and board roles in for-purpose organisations.
She has nearly 40 years of experience in the human services industry, including child protection, youth, housing, homelessness, and health across both public and community sectors.
I joined the RAQ Board as I want to make a positive contribution to their important work with individuals, families, and communities across Queensland.

Garnett Hollier
Chair of Finance & Audit Committee B Bus (Accy), Grad Cert Organisation Leadership, CA, GAICD (Joined 2022)Garnett Hollier’s career in financial services in the superannuation sector spans nearly three decades. His roles have included chief financial officer, executive, and director. He’s demonstrated expertise in chartered accounting, financial advice, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and investment properties.
On the Board, I get to apply my strategic finance skills to maximise the positive impact RAQ makes in the community.

Geraldine Chin Moody
Chair of People, Remuneration, and Nominations Committee LLB (Hons), BSc, LLM, MSc (Coaching Psychology), Grad Dip (Legal Practice), GAICD (Joined 2023)Geraldine joined the Board in March 2023. Geraldine’s experience as a Board Director, Chair, Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive, People & Sustainability spans ASX-listed companies, professional services firms, scale-up businesses, not-for-profits and universities.
Geraldine is the Chair of the ANU Centre for Asian-Australian Leadership and has she held a variety of not-for-profit Board Director and Advisory Board positions, including the Refugee Advice and Casework Service, Welcoming Australia, and the National Committee for UN Women Australia.
In addition to her portfolio of board roles, Geraldine is a Board and Governance Principal at Directors Australia where she consults to boards on board structure and composition and board performance.
I joined the RAQ Board because I believe healthy relationships form the backbone of thriving communities.

Helen Coyer
Chair of Risk & Assurance Working Group BBus(Acc), Grad Dip IT, CPA, GAICD (Joined 2022)Helen Coyer is a non-executive director with over two decades of board and executive experience across the non-profit, public, and commercial sectors, specializing in financial services, education, superannuation, and start-ups.
Helen has served on several board and committees and currently serves on the audit and risk committee and the investment committee for the Returned and Services League of Australia (RSL), and the board of Animal Emergency Australia.
I chose to serve on this board to make a positive impact to our community by being part of Relationships Australia Queensland, a longstanding and respected organisation.

Neil Willmett
Member of People, Remuneration & Nominations; Member of Client Services Committee Joined 2022Neil Willmett is a national leader in Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander housing, health, economic development, and administration.
Throughout his career, Neil has led several organisations as chief executive officer and on board and executive levels. He’s known as a leading thinker for his work in strategy, policy development, and implementation.
I choose to serve on the RAQ Board to have impact on the incredibly important work RAQ does for the community.

Tania Hobson
Chair of Client Services Committee GAICD (Joined 2023)Tania is currently the General Manager of Client Services and Transformation at Vision Australia.
Tania is an accomplished leader in clinical and corporate governance, with demonstrated success in leading diverse and multidisciplinary, high-performing teams.
I am passionate about the work that RAQ does in providing support and services to children, young people, and the broader family unit.

Natasha Rae
Chief Executive Officer GAICD (Joined RAQ in January 2003, Appointed CEO in January 2023)Natasha Rae is an engaging leader with an unwavering commitment to delivering genuine outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. Natasha has worked at RAQ for more than two decades, with over half of that time being in executive leadership.
Natasha started with RAQ as a family mediator on the Gold Coast in 2003. Before being appointed CEO, she was the general manager of client services. She’s been a driving force in the growth and development of RAQ, bringing unparalleled organisational insights into her role. She was appointed as CEO of RAQ in January 2023.
Natasha is critical in the evolution of RAQ’s strategy to ensure services meet current and future needs of the most vulnerable members of our community.
I'm proud that we could assemble a talented Executive Management Team, strengthen our relationships with the Board, and drive advocacy work that will continue to benefit Queensland children, families, and communities.

Sue Miller
General Manager of Client Services Joined RAQ in June 2008, Appointed GM in December 2023Sue Miller has nearly three decades of experience working in human services, demonstrating exceptional skills in leadership and people management. Sue has worked across corporate, government, consultancy and non-profit sectors with prisons, drug and alcohol, youth, families, and community working to address mental health and comorbidity issues across the country and internationally. She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Sue joined RAQ as a venue manager on the Gold Coast in 2008. Since then, she’s held various roles and now serves as the general manager of client services. In her current role, Sue oversees national and state-wide service delivery.
Approaching two decades at RAQ, and I am still passionate about the work we do with and on behalf of our clients. Our staff are equally passionate, which makes for the perfect work environment. I know we are changing our client lives and communities for the better - that keeps my fire burning.

Bridget Murray
General Manager of Corporate Services MBA, GAICD, MIPA, B. Bus (Accounting) (Joined RAQ in January 2024)Bridget Murray has over 15 years’ experience in business strategy development and implementation. Her expertise lies in ensuring high-quality and innovative service delivery that meets all quality, customer service and financial targets, balanced with quality and client assurance. Bridget’s experience showcases achievement in managing multidisciplinary entities within the education, construction, information and technology, entertainment, professional services, rural, and nonprofit sectors.
I'm proud of the strong, constructive culture we've built throughout the organisation that has allowed us to focus on change and readiness for the future.

Brad Butcher
General Manager of Information and Technology B. App Sci (Maths/Computing), B. Sci Honours (Operations Research), Grad Cert. (Joined RAQ in 2024)Brad Butcher has over two and a half decades of information, communications, and technology (ICT) experience across nonprofit, public, and commercial sectors, with a strong emphasis on service delivery.
Over the last decade, Brad has been helping nonprofit organisations enhance their ICT capabilities across a broad range of functions, including customer support, business analysis, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and data reporting.
It’s an honour be a part of an organisation like RAQ which plays such a vital role in supporting our community. I’m excited to contribute to RAQ’s mission and work alongside a team known for their dedication to fostering healthy relationships and empowering individuals through essential services. Together, we’ll find a way to continue making a meaningful difference for those who need it.
