Our Savvy Seniors workshop focuses on empowering you to look after yourself and make informed decisions later in life.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for those ages 60 and older (50 and older for First Nations Peoples), inclusive of diverse sexuality, gender, and cultural identity.
Topics, Dates, & Times
Courses run from 9:30 – 11:30 am.
Each workshop focuses on a specific topic.
Legal Matters: Understanding Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA), and Advanced Health Directives
Learn how to make informed, safe decisions about wills, EPOAs, and advanced health directives.

About This Workshop Series
The Sunshine Coast Savvy Seniors workshop series is hosted by our Senior Social Connection Program.
These workshops help older people:
- Navigate ageing
- Take care of their self
- Access helpful resources
- Stay safe from elder abuse
- Learn how to manage finances
- Understand the aged care system
- Integrate within their community
- Make informed decisions later in life
- Build friendships and valuable connections
- Seek support through services designed for them.
