Our Communication in Relationships workshop aims to increase your awareness around how you communicate in your relationships and offer tools to help you make improvements.
This workshop will help you with self-understanding of your current communication in relationships, and support you in building tools to enhance your communication skills.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for single or partnered people 18 or older, who are looking to work on their communication skills. All genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds are welcome.
Dates & Times
Communication in Relationships runs four sessions a year:
- February 12th 2025, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
- May 7th 2025, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
- July 23rd 2025, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
- October 15th 2025, from Wednesday 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
Cost
$80 per session – fee concessions are available.

- Typical roadblocks to respectful communication
- How to listen effectively
- Understanding different styles of communication
- Skill and tools for assertiveness
- Putting it all into practice
Information & Bookings
Building Better Relationships is run from our Spring Hill venue; however, sessions are run via Zoom, so they are accessible to anyone, anywhere in Queensland.
