Our Setting Healthy Boundaries workshop aims to help you improve your skills in identifying, establishing, and maintaining your personal boundaries.
The workshop facilitators will help equip you with practical knowledge and skills that you can take with you into current and new relationships.
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for single or partnered people who want to gain skills and knowledge around establishing healthy boundaries. All genders, sexualities, ages (18+), and cultural backgrounds are welcome.
Dates & Times
Setting Healthy Boundaries runs four sessions a year:
- Term 1: February 26th 2025, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
- Term 2: May 21st 2025, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
- Term 3: August 6th 2025, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
- Term 4: October 29th 2025, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
Cost
$80 per session – fee concessions are available.

Information & Bookings
Setting Healthy Boundaries is run from our Spring Hill venue; however, sessions are run via Zoom, so they are accessible to anyone, anywhere in Queensland.
