We are here to step you through ways forward

• We will ask you how you’re feeling as you’re moving forward.
• We will keep you updated on the offer.
• We will step you through ways forward if you accept or reject the offer.
• We will help you yarn about the scheme and your offer with your family.
• We will yarn with you about the journey and the process.
• We will help you write your reflections down, if you want.

We are here to help you keep track

• We will listen to your story and help you get counselling support.
• We will track how you are tracking and map out any other support.
• We will help you fill in the application form.

We are here to work at your pace

• We can have a yarn with you and explain what the scheme is about and ask you some questions at your own pace.
• We can work through a welcome pack with and make sure you get the right support and information.
• If you decide to continue down the redress track, we can work out how to support you in a case plan.
• We can also help to refer you to any other support services.

We are here to talk and walk with you

• We can talk to you to find out information about the Redress Scheme
• We can meet you at one of our offices. You can just walk-in.
• We can help get you to our office.
