Women’s B.E.S.T
Our Women’s B.E.S.T. (Building Emotional Strength Together) workshop focuses on supporting you with self-empowerment, and providing a safe and supportive environment where you can other women can form connections.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for all women aged 18+, inclusive of diverse sexuality, gender, and cultural identity.
Dates & Times
Women’s B.E.S.T. runs four terms a year, with each term lasting 5 weeks:
- Term 1: March 2nd 2026 to March 30th 2026, Mondays from 5.00pm to 7.30pm
- Term 2: May 2nd 2026 to June 22nd 2026, Mondays from 5.00pm to 7.30pm
- Term 3: August 25th 2026 to September 22nd 2026, Mondays from 5.00pm to 7.30pm
- Term 4: November 17th 2026 to December 15th 2026, Mondays from 5.00pm to 7.30pm
If these dates are not suitable we are able to do the program content individually, however additional costs may apply.
Cost
$100 – fee concessions are available.

Information & Bookings
Women’s B.E.S.T. is run from our Spring Hill venue; however, sessions are run via Zoom, so they are accessible to anyone, anywhere in Queensland.
