Our Board
Bill Owens
Bill Owens is an experienced executive and non-executive director specialising in governance, strategy, risk and ICT strategy development and governance. Bill is a non-executive director of Montrose Therapy & Respite Services and The Lady Musgrave Trust. He has run his own ICT services company since 2016, after building an executive career over 30 years in technology and business consultancy at Elders IXL, PwC (UK), Adventis (UK), and MSL Solutions. Bill has particular expertise in designing and governing technology-led business transformation programs.
Angela Moody
Angela is an experienced non-executive director who has worked for more than ten years on ‘for purpose’ boards spanning a range of industries and sectors, including education, CALD communities, migrant and refugee settlement services and economic development. Angela is also an accomplished executive, experienced in strategic development and implementation, stakeholder management, economic regulation and reform, corporate governance and commercial operations, across private and public sectors.
Annemaree Callander
Annemaree is an experienced Non Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer who has held Board roles in for purpose organisations for the past ten years. Annemaree has extensive experience in the human services industry having worked for 35 years in areas including child protection, youth, housing, homelessness and health across both public and community sectors.
Garnett Hollier
Garnett is an experienced Chief Financial Officer, executive, and director who has spent significant time in the ‘profit for members’ superannuation sector. Garnett’s financial services career spans almost 25 years across a range of areas including chartered accounting, financial advice, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and investment operations.
Geraldine Chin Moody
Geraldine joined the Board in 2023. Geraldine has held Senior Executive positions in ASX-listed companies and professional services firms including as a Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive of People, Culture and Sustainability. Over the last 15 years, she has also held Board Director and Advisory Board positions on not-for-profit Boards, early-stage businesses and academic organisations. Drawing on this experience, she currently has a career portfolio of Board Director, strategic advisory and coaching roles.
Helen Coyer
Helen is a Non-Executive Director, with over twenty years' executive and board level experience across the not for profit, public, and commercial sectors with particular experience in financial services, education, superannuation, and start-ups.
Helen is Non-Executive Director, holding positions with RSL Queensland as a Committee Member on the Audit and Risk Committee and Investment Committee and as Board and Committee member with Relationships Australia Queensland. Helen is also engaged with the Start-Up community fulfilling advisory and board roles.
Neil Willmett
Neil Willmett joined the Board in 2022. He is a national leader in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander housing, health, economic development, and administration.
He is an experienced Chief Executive Officer known as a leading thinker for his work in strategy, policy development, and its implementation. Throughout his career, Neil has led a number of organisations at the Board and Executive level.
